Photo of me promoting the principles at the Beating Bowel Cancer Patient Day, April 2014. Hopefully new folk will come by to read more about the ideas in here. If you click on the photo is makes it bigger, by the way!

Wow Just passing these details on to someone else, there is endless NEED for this information . ... and I realise that it is 5 years since I started doing this forum.
I am so sure it worked for me .. this was at the point I had been told I was on a palliative chemotherapy and the expectation was chemo for life .. until the cancer finally got me
But the cancer didn't grow as quickly as they expected ...
and then I was lucky enough to be offered lung surgery. Obviously that was the life-saving conventional medicine, but before I slowed my tumours down with this regime there was no talk of surgery ...
so I keep on keeping on with the new way of life, it is all my life now, to keep going with these approaches ..

Wow, again. 12 years since I made these notes. They are still being used.
Sadly another friend has been diagnosed with bowel cancer recently and I am checking in to see what’s here that might be useful for another friend whose mum is ill too.
Myself? Still cancer free.
Finally managing to reduce the carbohydrates in my diet. This has always been the hardest thing.
B has retired now and we both build on the things we learned years ago with podcasts and science about all aspects of “aging well.” Many of these principles here impact heart and mental health too, which is equally motivating
