yup --- we buy it in france with a lot of pulp in, but the recipes here seem to mostly involve throwing the fruit away will try this simple approach!

Oh, excited --- brigid has bought me the perfect funnel to get teh vinegar into bottles, it includes a little seive to get the seeds out as I push the pulp out in to the bottles .. grand! Have a brew macerating ready to bottle today!

You can have too much of a good thing... then you have to find someone (like a brother) to help you get through the excess. x
