Daily doses - according to Foods to Fight Cancer Prof Richard Beliveau and Dr Dennis Gingras A recommended daily intake of foods known to be exceptional sources of anti-cancer molecules. This is his "Pocket Guide" from page 174 Food stuff and recommended serving size (servings are uncooked weight):Brussel sprouts 45g Broccoli / cauli / cabbage N.B. cook fast, steam or stir-fry, they lose value in long slow cooking 45g Garlic 2 cloves Onion / shallot 80g Spinach /watercress 15g Linseeds (crushed – if you don’t crush them they mostly don’t get digested! ) 75g …. this is a lot! other book recommends the oil, Tomato Paste 1 tbsp Turmeric 1 tsp Black pepper (must be taken with turmeric) ½ tsp Berries – blue, rasp, black, straw, 75g Dried cranberries (can you get them without sugars added?) 60g Grapes 75g Dark chocolate 70% cocoa 40g Citrus fruit juice 120 ml Green Tea – properly steeped for at least 10 minutes. 3 cups

If you are cutting back on milk / cheese for reasons of fear of the dairy industry and its many additives / omega 6 overdosing, you might need to know more about foods that have high calcium levels .. tho tbh I eat a calcium supplement most days! edit to add some of my links to photos are not going to the photos anymore
