I've taken up your suggestion suze, and am starting my own log ... as from tomorrow when I'll have a new step counter! Do you remember how I took part in the 10,000 steps challenge a few years ago, and photographed my pedometer every day, against interesting backgrounds ... going to do that again. I can't not do 10,000 steps a day if the steps are going to be displayed! Not sure about writing my daily menu ...

Bravo Anne, I was hoping you'd take up this challenge, I used to like your mad pedometer photos!

thanks suze - I bought the pedometer, used it for half a day, and then reset it by accident . So I'll start properly tomorrow. That's my story anyway

ok - we have a problem. The stepper keeps re-setting itself and I think it's because it simply has one button instead of the two, it's harder to accidentally reset if there are two buttons. Not sure what to do about this ... will sleep on it. I definitely did my10,000 steps though.

Tarnation Sleeping on the button might make it better, I guess!
How much did you spend on it?
I'm going to get one with a cover, they're virtually impossible to zero ... should I ever go near a shop again, that is!

It was cheap at £4.99. I took it off this morning, to do some gardening for 90 minutes, which probably exercised me just as much as the 10,000 steps I did! I had to do the final 1,000 steps in the dark, after half a bottle of red, in my pajamas and a jacket, circulating my terrace block and our 'village green'. Rather nice actually, very peaceful.

lovely - I like the way you are so serious about getting them all in that you go out in your jamas to do it
glad to hear it was red wine too! LOL

I couldn't post my steps yesterday as the stepper re-set itself - so frustrating. I've bought a very fancy new one today, which is extravagent, but recording everything like this works for me. 7th June

You and your shoes, suze Walked around a beauty spot called Deers Leap at Priddy in Somerset, and looked across Somerset at tiny individual rain storms dropping from the clouds like barcodes onto the landscape. Then ate a huge picnic of cold sausages, chorizo and mozzarella in cold muffins, crisps, strawberries, and seedy biscuits. hmm

oo yes please - is it to do with allowing html code on here? Anyway, tomorrow because we both need to sleep ..
I'm about to make a milk shake with chocolate chai tea, milk and icecream. Not exactly slimming - the slimming version is leaving out the milk but I just caaan't.
night night x
edit: sorry your pedo broke. One nice think about the Oregan one pictured above is its nice tight clip, plus the cover. So no resetting or falling off.
