Hello folks. Hope all is well. .......... We here are in reasonable health. At least no major problems. ........ One of my cats, Felix seems to have some sort of stress problem which is difficult to fathom. I have mentioned it to the vet on the last visit & bought some calming drops for the drinking water. I hope it does the trick. For some unknown reason Felix has done his toilet stuff in the wrong place, when he had access to the litter tray. Most odd! He did it twice I think. .......... Google search & talking to the vet seems to suggest there is some stress somewhere. I have changed the cats beds & cleaned up everywhere. Made the litter area in the garage nice & cozy. All cat flaps work well. I'm baffled by it all. Are cats psychic? Do they pick up human stress? Any clues anyone?

London weekend, off to the Albert Hall later to see Cirque du Soleil. Am I right in remembering from dim and distant BR days that Karen is a fan? Or have I invented that? Anyway, looking forward to it!

Happy Birthday Toby and Joe , now you are teenagers. Hope you are enjoying your London trip.At this moment I reckon you are at the show. Auntie Susan said you had a nice meal last night, did you have it at the Hilton or did you go somewhere else to eat. Its very dull here today, we just popped into town then to Tescos. Love to you both Nan and Grandad. xxxxxxx

Hiya
yes we had meals at the Hilton, very nice food in the elegant surroundings of a victorian conservatory ..
The show was excellent, and the boys really enjoyed the Science Museum ... B and I really enjoyed our walk from the hotel to the museum, across London from the hotel at Euston, through Bloomsbury, around Marble Arch and across Hyde Park. It was very interesting to walk where we usually take the tube!

Just finished wallaping the walls, having a little rest now. Dads just gone to put things back in the shed. Went for warfrin blood test, I took the bus to town then walked back home. So pleased you all had a nice time at the weekend, the journey home was a bit of a drag for Julie and family so much work on the rail line it took ages to arrive in Dorchester. Auntie Lynette rang today , she had been to see Stephen over the week end everyones O> K> Just wondering what to have for tea not given it much thought with being busy.Love Mum.xxxxxx

Morning all. Hope all is well. ........ Today I will be kept busy. I need to return the bird table I bought from Argos. I hope to get a refund. The thing is so flimsy & light it will fall over if a large bird lands on it. I think I need to go to a proper pet store & pay a bit more. ......... The weather here is dry & a bit warmer. So things look quite good from here. ........ Have a good day.

Helllooo .. I've just generally been having a lovely time:
Signs of Spring:
Snowdrops in flower, daffodils and celandines in bud, sticky buds on the sweet chestnut
Robins staking out their territory on the footpath into town, two of them singing loudly on a fence yards apart.
Mallard ducks in the Moat pairing up, the males are wearing their mating plumage, really iridescent blue and green necks
Mothers and toddlers hurling slices of white Wonderloaf at them
I haven't seen any frogs yet ... anyone?

Hi Anne , Its sunny at the moment here forcast rain for later in the day. You seem well settled in your new place now. We have lots of snowdrops on our front garden, and the daffs are almost out. We went to Bridport two weeks ago and the miniture daffs were out in alot of gardens.

Three hours wander around some nearby woods today, just five minutes from the flat ... I can't wait to see what they look like in a few weeks. All those green plants are newly sprouting Harts Tongue Ferns. I'm considering visiting at 6.30am with a flask of coffee, sandwich and binoculars. Well it's a brave idea anyway

Glad to see sue & family + Anne had such fun in the reasonable weather. The pics are great. .......... My latest purchase is a bird-table from Petparc stores. It is sturdy & much better quality than the one I had to return to Argos. Fortunately I did get a refund. It was great to see the birds making use of it. So at least if the weather changes for the worst, the birds will be well taken care of. ............ Hope we all have a good day today.
