Trying again .. well it is a continuous thing .. I have been around 12st 9lbs for ages, and need to shake that off bit to get better on the climbs this summer
I did bounce up to 13 stones last week, too much sweet stuff and eating out / holiday, but have already got rid of that ..
12st 10lbs this morning
onward and downward!
Goal would still be 11 stones, but anything under 12 stones is good to go!

I'm already at your goal of11stone and haven't done any exercise (except working). I am baffled at not being heavier! You would still beat me on those climbs. x

I dunno how you stay slim and I stay fat ... you seem to eat plenty! Weird, eh

It's weird alright, I do eat plenty. Maybe it's MY bowels which are odd, wouldn't that be a surprise? x

If you skinny down to 8 stone you will still be my big sister, and a great one too. x

Again and again and again and again
Interesting reading old threads to see how often I weigh in at 12 stone something
Back at 12.11 today. After surging up to nearly 15 stone after a crazy winter jag. Lost two stone. Back to familiar territory
Got to keep on keeping on and lose some more!

Again and again and again and again Interesting reading old threads to see how often I weigh in at 12 stone something Back at 12.11 today. After surging up to nearly 15 stone after a crazy winter jag. Lost two stone. Back to familiar territory Got to keep on keeping on and lose some more! And again, over 3 years later: hovering at 13 stone. Maybe I should just accept that! I never get close to 11 and it’s rare I am only 12st 4lbs I suppose it’s ok while the heavy weight is dense muscle and not voluminous fatty tissue. It requires constant effort to keep me at this weight with careful meals and lots of exercise. It’s ok. I am not fed up. I just have to maintain this and be amazed if I get near to 12st 4 again! Above all I am glad to be not surging madly one way or another, which I did for at least 30 years!

I haven’t read all of this thread again but enough to remind myself how continuously I have lost interest in reaching my goal weight.
Finally a new thing: Currently 11st 6lb. Let that sink in. First time @ 11 stone anything for decades!!
I got to target.
I did this by following a Fast800 plan Ditched low fat. Started enjoying full fat and more protein without any “carb” stuff on the plate. Slashing my carb intake has smashed my “hunger” and grazing habits.
Who knew.
Now going to whittle off a bit more, but feeing great.
