Anyone who uses this forum could start their own log to chart their own fitness activity, but of course, you don't have to ! LOL

I can only imagine what Jeans' activity log will entail.

Thursday June 10thI dont seem to have logged very much yet! I am still very chemo-tired! Well, I'm pleased with self cos I went out to walk around Trentham gardens yesterday, which are looking very lovely atm, bought self new stepper and the bugger fell off and broke b4 I even had chance to see how many steps I did, clearly need a better stepper!

Sunday June 13thWoo did 15 miles on the bike just now -- off along the canal, nice and flat .. got to Trentham in fairly nice weather, then the heavens opened .. had to abandon any ideas of a good lunch and leisurely stroll around the flowers in favour of one of B's basic marmite on RYE bread sarnies and quick dash home we both got absolutely drenched .. was this forecast? we didn't look! feel great tho, the last 1/2 mile back up hill to the house really taxed me, but otherwise I was ok and get the buzz from actually moving again ..

Wednesday, 16th JuneAnother 15 miles, this time on my fast road bike, which I needed to re-learn, cos I've hardly done any rides on this bike .. The Manifold Valley is flat, but surrounded by hills and buttercups today .. delightful.

Thursday we went to watch cycling in Hanley rather than do any!
Friday we were very busy with going to doctor and then over to the shed ... and shopping, so no exercise for me, well we might have done stretching!
Saturday socialising, and again I was ridiculously tired ..
