Susan, there is an obvious treasure to talk about at your French class party. Take Brigid. x

I didn't know there were limits on the treasure. I do know some things are more precious than gold, I reckon Susan knows all about that. We have just restocked the food supplies. Soon we will be looking for shops selling electric guitars etc. I notice from facebook Toby and his friends are applying for Britain's Got Talent. Toby can play well, so good luck with that.

yes - she is the obvious treasure .. I have to say the opal ring did not stand the test of time, the top of the stoine sherared off, maybe I could claim it on insurance at some point, but in the meantime she bought me a diamond eternity ring .. I guess the idea is to think of something a little bit more oblique than gold and silver for the treasure .. like being in year 7 all over again ... show and tell! btw mumndad -- do did you notice you have posted so much you have reached GOD status in here! LOL

Mum, we have been out today organising Luke's Christmas present. Not sure if his Fender Telecaster will arrive in time, but he is happy to wait. Does anyone (family members I mean) remember the musical instrument shop on Binley Rd? How many times did we pass that place en route to Lutterworth? Anyway, the shop is awesome.

Quite a nice day here but cooler. I didnt go far just to Tesco. Dad went down to see the family on his trolly, then went with them to the garden center. Perhaps your mood is to do with you not being well, did it pass off. Julies invited us down their house for Christmas dinner, that will be nice, Did you enjoy Strictly?. I had a touch of the Susans, waving the paint brush around the house, over the week end, nothing big just smartening the place up. Just going to bed now so Good night God bless, L.M. xxxxxxx

I had a touch of the Susans
This really made me laugh!..has got to be the new saying for me now!
Morning all, begining to feel chilly in the mornings now, lit the woodburner last night for the first time, feel like winter may be on it's way.
Like Suze I am not sure what will happen this xmas, husband about to have a big op, so it could be pureed turkey and brandy custard..easy catering there then!
aint stricktly great?... loved Saturday night, agree with this weeks elimination, my money is on the good looking one to win!

Cheeky --- good to hear dad is venturing out on his scooter ... Mum, I hope you are not clambering about on ladders etc?
Love Strictly but didn't see results show, but really, feel free to natter about it ... it is now inpossible to not hear results cos it is "news" at so many levels!
Do you mean Harry as the good looking one? He is so good .. there is something bit creepy about Jason, but he certainly does work hard and get the dances off well ...
Chelsee (sic) has really grown on me and I like Holly too ... so hard to choose a favourite this year ...

Thinking of you up at the hospital again, jan .. Turkey puree sounds great !
Brigid reckons she will make us a nut loaf ... I like having turkey, but cannot be fagged with it for just the two of us, though I used to do it for only three when Mr K was our regular christmas companion ...
I will probably be still a bit weedy at that point, anyway ...
mum, it is stress that is making me feel weird, I am not "ill" as such ...

Yes I voted for Harry and Chelsea, this week though Artem and Holly have been my favourites up to now. I did agree with the one off this week though shes put her heart and soul into it, but her time had come.. The competitions been very close this year, and each week now its going to be hard to pick a best one. Well its raining, though its been fairly nice all day, well dry. Having fish today they have the Atlantic cod on special for two weeks in Tesco, so got a nice lot for tea. Sorry to hear your husbands waiting a op. Jan.just hope he goes on O.K. Bye for now L.M. xxxxxxx
