nearly March, 20 minutes to go
REally ought to be in bed, but B had a late night with governors and has not been in long ..
Just had a quick look at the Oscar results ... pleased to see King's Speech did so well ..
B if grumpy about another result: Stoke just conceded a late goal in a game they were winning .. so she has had a beer or two to drown her sorrows ...
;D

Hi all. Yes it be March now. St.David's Day. I may just google him in a bit. ......... Nice weather so far. ......... Yes I'm glad about 'The King's Speech' doing so well. I'd like to see that film. .... Hope you & B had a good night's sleep Sue, last night. I must say I am sleeping 'for England' so-to-speak. The meds are good for that. At least 8hrs + naps. I do think sleep is therapeutic. And my dreams are OK when I remember them. Mind you this a.m. I dreamt there was a massive queue for the loo & I panicked. I promptly woke up & went to the loo. Strange! ......... Anyway, have a good day all.

Can I join in the sleep discussion - I've been sleeping about nine hours a night recently and dreaming loads.
Last night I dreamed we had adopted a South American baby girl and when I went to the hospital to pick her up she looked like a very mature baby, so they explained she had been in hospital for three months. Anyway I can't drive so the baby had to drive me home herself (by which time she was looking like a young woman). After a while and a couple of near misses I told her it wasn't safe for her to drive because she was only a baby, and wasn't allowed to, and we would have to call her father....
Can't wait to see what I dream tonight!
anyway I've been waiting in all day for a laptop delivery from the BT shop. I chose the next day option for an all in price of £321.00. Sat indoors from 7am until 6pm and it didn't arrive. However the order tracking information tells me it is now on the way, and what's more the bill has gone down to £230.00 ..
Perhaps I'm still dreaming ...?

The most interesting thing about dreams is what they feel like, and what you think they symbolise to yourself .. that one soudns ripe with potential to analyse, Anne!
OOOOOO new laptop, how exciting, and how cheap they are now .. blimey!
perhaps you ARE still dreaming!
I have got a quiter day today, thankfully, as I lost loads of sleep on the toilet trail last night .. it is such a drag sometimes ! hey ho!
Mr K and Liz both here for tea tonight, I will do one of my chicken curries, which I think will be lovely. B not with us cos she has to work very late tonight so she is staying over with a colleague.
Might load my photos of the tiles in a minute x

Morning all. Hope it be a good day today for us all. ..... Sorry to hear Sue about your bad night on the loo. Hope you sleep tonight. My toilet probs are still with me I'm afraid. Have to take mild stuff regular to get bowels working. Bladder the same as before but holding up if you get my drift. ............ The lap-top sounds good Anne. Hope it is a boon for you. ...... Yes sleep is therapeutic, as are dreams, most of the time anyway. You remember a lot about your dream too. I often forget mine. The last one I recall, I actually got married to a young man. A very young man. I can't understand it! ..... I did have a lot of insomnia last year, & the build up of things in general aided my low mood. Hence the good old meds. A life-saver. All this sleep! Great. But one day I will have to phase the meds out. Not yet though. ......... Have a good day.

I've been having some weird dreams lately, I was doing some sort of experimental research involving chemical reactions in the one from last night only to find it didn't work the way it was supposed to and that was the right answer somehow
my head is a strange place at times
happy march everyone

Goodness somthing is going on down Weymouth way, on our bus trip home 5 police cars and a special one went zooming down to W. at full speed, talk about a din youve never heard owt like it. I guess it will be in the paper tomorrow. Sun was out all day but rather cold here. Not much of a dreamer myself, well if I do dream, very rare I really know what it was about. Bye now Mumxxx

Well it was a robbery at a post office in W. A man with a gun pointed a gun at a policeman he rammed some cars jumped out pointed a gun at a woman in a car told her to get out off the car and he drove off in it ramming more cars. The police were there but he got away. You can not believe what the P. did they put one of those mats down to puncture the tyers but got some innocent person instead. Considering how many police were there it was a fiasco.

Classic! Pity it wasn't a bank he robbed, I'd have considered that a bonus.

Gosh, interesting news, mum .. all go at Weymouth! All go here too, we are pretty much straight at the shed, at last ... the new tiles look great, though some of the polystrrene paper has not stuck very well ... We are staying here for our first night tonight .. it is is likely to be frosty outside, but we have got it toasty in here .. It it is sunny tomorrow I'll do more pictures! I am planning to go to my club quite often now we are back here, so I will be out and about bright and early tomorrow ... then B has INSET so she is finishing early and I will got to meet her so we can cycle a bit together ...

The Weymouth robbery was on our local news, mumndad! I thought of you straight away!
Sleep tight, suze, it sounds heavenly, I bet you will hear all the birds singing away first thing
My weekdays down here are gradually filling up too. I must get around to writing to the safety centre in Bristol and telling them I will not be returning. bit sad, like cutting the last cord. I've been asked if I would consider helping with the admin at Wells museum, which is a good idea but the rest of the time I'm just going to indulge myself - got my art corner well and truly set up and planning lots of walks across the Mendips.

evening, Anne, sounds as though you've settled really well, let's have tea and cake sometime soon!? news here....looks as though I'll have a job after my contract ends on March 31st. Really pleased as I love it and it all looked slightly unlikely for a while. Lots of my colleagues across the county haven't been so fortunate so lots of leaving does coming up. Hope everyone is coping with the extended winter ok

Mum, I'm pleased the robber was nabbed before he could do more mischief. As a postman, and as a human, I do have some sympathies with the post office staff he was pointing a gun at. Was anyone hurt in his Grand Theft Auto antics?

Just put a curry in the oven it takes time to prepare but now its cooking I wont have much to do to finish off the tea. Hope some of us win on the lottery tomorrow its a big roll over. Yes Sue the frost is still here every where is very white when we get up,will not put my new bulbs in just yet.
