Was going to cut the lawn but its to damp at the moment, I keep putting it off hoping my gardener Joe comes up. Will nip to Tesco soon to get some fish dont know why but the fish this last week hasnt looked to fresh so been a bit off putting. May nip on the bus to Morrisons later on today for some. The damps now turned to spots of rain. Dads just making a cup of tea we had breakfast a bit back. The blood tests Im quite used to, but sometimes mine go black now and then, a lot depends on which novice does it. Just been on the phone to Mary Its sunny in Coventry. Bye for now L.M. xxxxxx

You always get it warmer in Coventry .. tbh it is warm here, we have just battled the rest of the wisteria-remains into submission, with B enjoying the scaffolding in a sort of Go Ape wihtout the harness way ... and me getting scratched to pieces trying to bend and scrape it all into the wheelie bin!
She is looking around for other jobs to do up there, but really I think the broken wisteria was it ...

Sunny, warm and breezy here. Don't think we will get out anywhere, Luke has a load of art to complete. Might help him gather some materials. Should be able to find some rubbish round the garden. Love to all. x

I really love our family. x Aw! Bless you! What dja love most, mum's shopping updates? ;D Here's my shopping up-date for today ... I made a terrible faux pas in not having biscuits to hand for the scaffolding men on Friday so B has gone out to buy some now for the workers next week .. We are going out on the bikes soon .. tho the weather is a bit blustery and cold there is some local climbing we need to do ... Had a very lovely (and totally anti-cancer) dinner at Mand's .... her hubby is a great cook! Stir-fried brussel sprouts with tofu .. he was laughing, it's not everyone who would fanmcy that recipe, is it! We loved it! x

Complicated to summarise isn't it? It would take over half a century, and some people still wouldn't understand. But yes, Mum's messages are part of it. There are lots of good memories, hope there will be some more!

Hi, It is a bad September for me,except for Susan's birthday, well done Sue, I have had some laser treatment on my right eye,and need more yet to come, but I will have to stop driving a problem now with my vision cant see enough on my right side.
So we have a nice Honda Civic Executive with all the toys built in sat nav fog lights rear reversing aids electric heaters in the seats electric sun roof ,and side mirrors, sat nav is also top of range radio ,plays discs, only 27000miles full service history, one fastidious owner me, and I am pissed of. We bought this car new 2005 and haven't used it much, dont intend to give it away.
Ive been driving since before I was old enough to be on the road,(dark secret),and I am not looking forward to not having our own transport .
So have a good day love Dad xxx

Dad, it upset me a lot to hear this news, and it explains why I've been talking about our family so much.
You didn't mention that you have also taught others to drive, including Susan and I. I remember the day of my test, you came with me and I passed, first time. Thanks to you. The examiner said you had done a good job of teaching me. Don't know if you know how proud I was that day. Proud of you that is! And look how useful that licence has been. Thanks Dad. x x
