Pinch, punch etc.. The sun and blue sky are welcome, but strange how the temperature hasn't risen much.
Anyway, 'occlusal problems' more or less means trouble shutting your mouth. It's generally to do with a faulty bite. So if you have several teeth missing, the best thing is to fill the gap.

hiya have signed us up for the Tour Of Britain bike ride again this September, this will be our third year of doing it .. I'm not really doing it to raise lots of money, but since I AM doing it, perhaps you'd like to donate, the team is Me and B and Sam .. so it is named after Sam .. PowellPedalPower ... We're raising money for The Prostate Cancer Charity by taking part in Tour Ride 2011 - Stoke-on-Trent. If you like, you can donate at: www.virginmoneygiving.com/team/PowellPedalPower

Sleepless in Stoke .... another boisterous night in the loo .. I find I can cope with two or three jaunts close together without really waking up, but when it gets to mora than that the spasms etc just seem too disturbing, and I cannot settle again ..
hey ho

Hello everyone. Hope all is well. ... Sorry about your poor night Sue, with many trips to the loo. It must be awful! My bowel probs are the opposite of yours by the sound of things. I get very constipated & I have found a way of using diabetic chocolate & sweets to cut down on laxatives. There is a warning on the back of the packs to say over indulgence has a laxative effect. So I can eat nice sweet things without the sugar too.
My other prob., is a hernia, so I guess I'll end up with surgery again at some point. My app., with consultant is in October. ....... Hope you & B enjoy your bike ride. It must be very relaxing to be able to ride a bike. .... Hope everyone feels well today. I'm OK I guess. I did sleep well last night after a scare with Suzi going missing till midnight. She went off over the fence & didn't come back till late. She loves being outdoors & in the garage. Our other cat Tess (the old lady) stays in most of the time now. Suzi is very young so she likes to explore. ......... Anyway, I don't have any plans much for today. Just reading & cooking as far as I know. ... Have a good day all.

Pauline, using diabetic choc as a laxative is very funny.
Susan, hope you are all done in the loo. Sounds a real drag.
We have stayed home today so Luke can complete some art he has to submit on Wednesday. The theme for the year is decay. Lovely. So plenty of images of rust, rot and pollution.

The tour ride is in three weeks, but we went out for a local spin up from Longnor, across Axe Edge and around the Cat and Fiddle; a route I think you know, our Mark!
25 miles of delicious up and down ... and the sun came out on the last bit .. a real treat
the loo thing .. part of my daily life, really, but sometimes it is worse than others .. and when I get too awake to settle again it is tiresome .. but I recovered and had a really lovely day out .. still buzzing with excitment really x

Axe Edge did leave a dramatic memory, but it is all gorgeous round there. Luke and I have found a pretty little route round here with not much involvement with traffic. We go out towards Kenilworth via Canley Ford, Warwick University and Crackley Woods. We've done variations of the circuit about 4 times this week. It's only about 10 miles, but on mountain bikes it is like double work. Feeling fitter already.

I thought I would share with you the happy news that I have managed to shed a little over a stone in weight over a period of about 3 months, by watching what I eat and getting out and about a bit more, nothing drastic and nothing I don't think I can keep up for maintenance once I get down to a more sensible weight
so absolutely fantastic morning to you all ;D
