Thanks for that mum&dad. Yes the cats are quite well now thanks. Mind you I've got them both booked in the vets next Thursday. Felix has to be weighted at the diet clinic. Tess has to have her claws trimmed as she gets them caught in the carpet & is ripping the carpet a bit. ....... Yes I'm glad we donated the blood as it may be the season for the supplies to be needed.

Our neighbour's black cat is still visiting, we don't feed her and chuck her out of the house while we eat. However, she sits on my lap, nudges up for a good ear scratch and is very strokeable. Her owner isn't in the least bothered by this.

Hope the killer of Jo Yeates is soon caught. Think it will be a long expensive case.
I feel quite sure that the landlord has given the saliva test & what the results show. He did look rather suspicious at first, but I doubt he's be free now if he had DNA left behind. Things have gone quiet about him now.
A lot of people are waiting for answers & closure.

Very distressing for the family, and uncomfortable for people who live in the area. I think it's possible she could have been hustled or carried out of her flat without neighbours or passers by seeing any thing, those streets in Clifton can be quite quiet. Horrible thing to happen.

congratulations suze! ;D
I was walking past the Bishop's Palace Moat today (random in itself), looking at the ducks pairing up, the swans posing, listening to the birds twittering .. one lady remarked to her husband
"It's nice to see that white duck, isn't it? It goes with that other white duck over there"
pretty random, very strange ..

glorious aren't they?
Apparently the swans that live on the Bishop's moat have a bell they ring to get their lunch, haven't seen this happen yet though. There is also a swancam webcam up and running sometimes, presumably when they have their cygnets.

Hi Sue pleased the family visit went well on Sat. We had Toby come to see us yesterday, he stayed for lunch. Toby couldnt stay for our evening meal because he had come up on his bike and he needed to go before it got dark. We are waiting in for the Gas bloke to come and service the boiler any time between 8-and 1oclock. Hope you are both O.K. Here we go again just put some washing in the washer hope the sun stays out long enough to dry it. Bye now Mumxxxx
