Navigation it is. Though, haven't contacted them, hilarious if they were closed. So, see you at 1pm? Frosty here, assume it will clear. Strictly was good wasn't it? I think it must have been close. The 3D was fun, though all the flashback sequences were 2D.

Susan hope you are on your way O.K. now 11-45. what a performance a flat tyre not far into your journey, the only good thing is you were not stuck on the motorway with it. Good job Kwick fit was open and you were able to get a new one. Well we did have a nice few days together, and last night Julie did us all a nice tea, and the quiz was fun, wasnt the quiz master hansom. Just going to tidy up a bit will get on here later. Have a safe journey lots of love L M,.xxxx

hiya - yes, we had a lovely few days together .. no wonder we got a bit sad leaving ..
IT was kind of that fellah to flag me down, and I guess it only took two hours to get it all sorted : )
We are installed at the shed again now .. B is doing her cards
MUM that card you had off Mark .. he sent us the same and the envelope was all ripped the same, so you have to think you are right that someone is opening the thicker feeling cards to see what is in them ... did your card from Barb have a 3D effect and ripped envelope ... ? Ours was hand-given so it didn't come through the post ... if another 3D card arrives ripped to me I am going to complain .. though what good it would do ? Certainly is suspicious

Bit annoying about my cards, lucky they arrived at all if they were mangled. Don't imagine there is any point complaining, pretty soon Royal Mail will be defunct.

Susan, happy we all saw you today. It amazed me a bit when we reached the rendezvous together. Even more amazing was the box of Leonidas chocs, that took me right back in time. Anyway pleased you made it back to Brigid. We had no trouble getting home. A propos visits, I reckon there is a fair chance. x

Sleepless sweetie? I slept like a log so the emotional rollercoaster settled easier and I guess I will be fine now I can get back into a bit of routine with Brigid ... I am still struggling with the head-space of planning, but I hope we can get a visit in together with you B4 the post-op visits!
Your card is lovely, yours and julie's both go really well in the decoration scheme at the shed .. I will upload a little snap later!
I had seen that Leonidas shop in Frodsham but it looked a bit like a cafe that was never open, but then it WAS open this week and the name was not a coincidence. They actually flog the real stuff with the usual massive array in glass fronted counters ... breath-taking that they should be there in this little town! I rather ducked out of choosing by taking a pre-packed box, but a bit of judicious tippng off could ensure you get your real faves in future!
It is a black ice rink all around here today .. B has decided she had to drive, but still took 20 min just to get out of the site, and the roads are awful, apparently ..

Luckily conditions are set to be milder for a while. The random selection of chocs will be fine, gosh it's been a few years since the last lot. I was up late last night, but not as late as recorded on here. Think the clock on my gadget needs changing.

Thanks Mark. Thank you all for the birthday cards they are lovely. Dads gone back to bed 8-oclock still feeling poorly. got up early to put bin out must say it felt a lot warmer than of late. The boiler was serviced by Rias our insurance firm yesterday and I must say it was done much better than British gas who we have always had say some 40 years. May nip to town on the bus by myself later. Bye for now L.M. xxxxxxxx
